Rooms could benefit from better cleaning standards!!! Unpleasant odors linger in certain rooms, and having to deal with dilapidated furniture is less than ideal!!!

I enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room and the friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was also a highlight with a great variety. However, the check-in experience could be improved, as we had a delay in receiving room keys, which was somewhat inconvenient.

We had a lovely three-night stay in a plush Beautiful King Room. It was clean and cozy-perfect for lounging! Oh, and the staff was super friendly.

Parking at night was like playing 'guess who' with the cars. Who knew late-night parking could turn into a game of musical chairs?

Bruce at the front desk was fantastic and made the check-in process smooth.

Grocery bags from previous guests hung out in the common areas and the noise from partying guests outside intensified in the late hours, making sleep a challenge. Someone next door was smoking pot, which added to the discomfort, and there were long waits at the front desk during peak hours that suggested understaffing.
